Hi! I'm Sarah
 I am a mum to 4 beautiful children, shamanic coach, birth and postpartum doula and ceremonialist.
My passion for guiding women to rediscover their inner wisdom, birth and mother in their power, and reclaim true sovereignty stems from my own life journey.
I was raised in a masculine home, disconnected from my feminine power but deeply called to it. Â
I held deep shame around my body, my blood and my womanhood.
My journey had been one of remembrance, which I believe it is for all of us.
The wisdom is encoded in our bodies, we just need to reawaken it.
My work is anchored in the cyclical nature of the earth, our bodies, and life itself.
I love to hold safe space for us to come home to ourselves, to shed what no longer serves us as embody the woman we were born to be, the woman our earth needs.
This remembrance that I will be teaching is what has supported me to build a 6 figure a year business while homeschooling my 4 kids and still having time for my passions and nourishment.
