Hi! I'm Sarah

I am a shamanic motherhood and business coach, birth and postpartum doula, ceremonialist, and mother of four, guiding women to rediscover their inner wisdom, birth and mother in their power, and reclaim their sovereignty.

I believe all women hold innate wisdom in their bodies and souls. My work supports women to reclaim their voice, embody their knowing, and align with their deepest truth, supporting intuitive births, nourished postpartum experiences, and motherhood as a sacred path.

Rooted in my own healing journey and life experiences, I have grown from a people-pleasing, anxious "good girl" to a woman grounded in her power, freebirthing my baby, trusting life, and advocating for myself and my family.

I blend shamanic practices, ancestral healing, cyclical living, and intuitive guidance to help women break free from societal patterns, embrace slow, soul-led expansion, and fully step into their power.

Living by the sea in New Zealand with my family, I treasure weaving ceremony into daily life and nurturing connection with nature. It is my honour to support women in rising as the powerful, wise beings this earth needs.
